Which food issue is the most worrisome? Why? How would you solve the problem?
I would have to say vegetables. More of tomatoes because a whole bunch of pesticides is being sprayed on our foods. Cant trust anything anymore. I would solve the problem by getting cleaner methods of keeping our food safe

Blog 12 What are at least three ways to prevent soil erosion?
Discussion 12 We have programs to save endangered species and endangered habitats Do we need programs to protect soils? Why or why not?
1. Having rich nutrients in your soil.
2. Keep the soil wet by watering it
3. Keep sand out of soil
I think yes because more and more soil is being endangered. Saying that the soil isnt rich anymore. They should have that.

Describe 3 abiotic factors that could affect biotic potential (population growth) and how they would affect it
Opinion 11 Should countries be able to dictate reproduction to their citizens? Why or why not?
one would be weather. Disastrous weather can affect population by weather that can kill. Drought can affect lives. Without water, people cant live. The last thing is the same thing for rainfall.
No because citizens should have their right to do whatever they want

Describe why sampling is important to the study of populations
Opinion: Should countries have population policies like China does? Why or why not?
Because sampling, helps find out the number of people in a population. So when you want to calculate the full number of population you can use sampling.
I say no. Because not all countries have a big population like china does

Which biome would you most like to visit? Why?
Opinion Why is it as important to know about the water ecosystems as the terrestrial?
I would like to visit the Tropical Rain forest. Because the rain forest looks nice and they have many animals that I would like to see.
Because if you were an animal, and you live where there's water. You would need to know where water is at so you can stay alive.

Should re-wilding species be keystone species? How could re-wilding be made successful?
Discussion 8 Should we re-wild? Why or why not.
Yes they should because all those animals are going extinct. It can be made successful by doing something more about. Study the animals more.
I think we should because, we should save these animals and also we can learn more about them.

What surprised me the most was how much water we use in a life time taking showers and stuff. Also how many hair products we use in all of our life time..
To reduce my footprint I will maybe take less showers. Also drive less and start walking more. And carpool

What can diet tell us about the organisms that are eating? Give three examples
That if an animal eats mostly other animals. For example: The owl ate rats and mice. You can tell the bones of the animal and the different parts/ bones. Another example is the texture and shape of the bones.

I think that the best environmentalist that contributed the most is Theodore Roosevelt..
Because of what he contributed like the National Parks and stuff.
Without the National parks the U.S. wouldn't be nice and some animal species wouldn't be living today.

Environmental Science
The topic I know about environmental science is mostly about earthquakes. The topic I would like to learn about is global warming. Because I am very curious about how the earths temperature is changing.
The greatest threat is probably global warming. We are going threw it right now. It can effect many things on earth.
